Since its establishment, the Hechi Converged Media Center has consistently rooted itself in Hechi's unique local characteristics, transforming regional cultural heritage into a wellspring for film and television creation.

Regarding talent development, the center oversees daily operations of the Hechi Film and Television Artists Association. By regularly organizing professional exchange activities, it has built a robust talent reservoir, forming a virtuous cycle of "talent aggregation–collaborative exchange–capacity building."
