Specifically, measures such as deepening the reform of state institutions, improving and perfecting the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and advancing the modernization of China's governance system and capacity can continuously strengthen the driving force and vitality of socialist modernization, and better transform China's institutional advantages into effective national governance.

These reform measures are crucial for optimizing the institutional mechanisms in the process of Chinese modernization, securing the coordination of interests therein, and inspiring the creativity and influence thereof. Looking towards the future, China should advance its modernization through the modernization of national governance, initiate a new round of comprehensive reform, and improve the system, capacity and modernization level of governance, so as to strengthen the organizational work and implementation of policies for advancing Chinese modernization.
