Per capita disposable income
According to the National Bureau of Statistics, in the first three quarters of 2023, China's per capita disposable income registered an actual growth of 5.9%. Notably, the income growth of rural residents outpaced that of urban residents.
Per capita disposable income increased from 16,510 yuan in 2012 to 36,883 yuan in 2022, an increase of 83% after deducting price factors, outpacing economic growth.
