They actively engage in social activities including corporate development, rural rejuvenation and cultural preservation.
Dream chasers
Halqam Keram was born in an ordinary herder family in Tashui Village, Baishitou Town, Yizhou District, Hami, in 1990. After marriage, she and her husband made a living by breeding livestock and running a small business, struggling to make ends meet. In China's efforts of poverty alleviation, the family relocated several years ago to Xingfu Village, Taojiagong Town, Yizhou District. Halqam then grasped a job opportunity with the Jianying Kangcheng Asset Management Co., Ltd., a venture established by the state-owned enterprise Hajian Group. Having been longing for a stable career since a young age, she was hired as a warehouse worker.
