Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the 2023 Pujiang Innovation Forum. Themed "Open Innovation Ecosystem: Innovation for Global Connectivity," the forum opened on September 10 in Shanghai. China will firmly pursue a mutually beneficial and win-win strategy of opening-up, continue to expand high-level opening-up, continue to promote international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation with a more open mindset and a broader range of measures, build a globally competitive open innovation ecosystem, and work with other countries to create an open, fair, just and non-discriminatory environment for scientific and technological development, Xi said. It is hoped that the Pujiang Innovation Forum will adhere to the theme of innovation, inspire innovative ideas, spread innovative thoughts, augment innovative spirits, and make new contributions to advancing international scientific and technological cooperation and enhancing the common well-being of humankind, Xi added.

以“开放的创新生态：创新与全球链接”为主题的2023年浦江创新论坛9月10日在上海开幕。国家主席习近平向论坛致贺信。习近平指出，中国将坚定奉行互利共赢的开放战略，不断加大高水平对外开放力度，持续以更加开放的思维和举措推进国际科技交流合作，建设具有全球竞争力的开放创新生态，同各国携手打造开放、公平、公正、非歧视的科技发展环境。希望浦江创新论坛坚持以创新为主题，启迪创新思想、传播创新理念、激励创新精神，为推进国际科技合作、增进人类共同福祉作出新的贡献。
