Youths go after their dreams and realize them. International youth exchanges concern the future development of Sino-foreign friendship and bear the mission for the future of the human community with a shared future.

The 100 Sister Schools Initiative, a program jointly launched by the Gansu Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (GPAFFC) and Education Department of Gansu Province in June 2019, aims to promote international youth exchanges by establishing friendly relations between 100 primary and secondary schools in Gansu Province and 100 overseas schools.
