Construction of Shanghai's Hongqiao International Opening-Up Hub has made remarkable progress since the overall plan to build the hub was approved by the State Council in February 2021, according to a press conference held on March 2.

The conference highlighted the achievements of the Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD), the core functional area of the hub.
