Lacquer painting is a new genre of China's lacquer art, adding to the country's millennia-old treasure trove of traditional culture. Different from the traditional lacquer craft, lacquer painting combines the aesthetic attributes of both crafts and paintings. Decorative, noble and independent, this unique art form often leaves a deep impression on the audience. My encounter with lacquer painting was a pure coincidence, and I feel lucky to have been involved in lacquer art creation.

This piece features lush flower trees with teenagers playing in the background. Humans and flowers lend brilliance to each other, epitomizing the sayings — "It takes years to cultivate the young" and "When the youth grow strong, the country becomes strong."
