'Village-Level Express Delivery' project under implementation

In 2022, some 990 county-level delivery distribution centers and 278,000 village-level package stations were built, with express service accessible in 95% of the administrative villages in China.

Overall postal services in rural areas improve

In 2022, some 20,000 vehicles were allocated for rural express service, driving the total volume to 38,000, meaning at least one delivery vehicle for each township. All administrative villages in China have direct postal service with stable delivery frequency and fixed receiving spots. Postal services were introduced to natural villages in nine border provinces according to local conditions, realizing a coverage of 94.8%.
