Huangshan Mountain in Anhui Province is considered one of the most gorgeous mountains in the world. It is famous for its magnificent natural scenery including massive granitic boulders and ancient pines, which are often enhanced by floating clouds and enveloping mist.

Visitors here are always intoxicated by the enchanting scenery, but most of them are not aware of the fact that the beauty of Huangshan Mountain has much to do with the Herculean efforts made by people working silently in this part of the world.

Recently, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, wrote a reply letter to Li Peisheng and Hu Xiaochun, staff of the Huangshan Scenic Area Management Committee, speaking highly of the work they have done for the ecological conservation of the mountain.

"Over the years, you have been working to keep Huangshan Mountain clean and beautiful, and tending the millenary Guest-Greeting Pine with care and love day after day, fully demonstrating the spirit of dedication and professional ethics."

Xi went on to emphasize what is notable about "Good Samaritans of China" is that they have made extraordinary achievements in ordinary work.
