The number of cases handled by the People's Courts increased from 14.22 million in 2013 to 33.52 million in 2021, with the subject amount of closed cases up to 46.7 trillion yuan.

36,000, 244,000

From 2018 to 2021, some 36,000 cases related to organized crime and local mafia were concluded, involving 244,000 criminals.
