By the end of April 2022, since the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012, discipline inspection and supervisory organs across the country had filed and investigated 4.388 million cases involving 4.709 million people. 723,000 cases of violations of the CPC Central Committee's eight-point decision on improving Party and government conduct were investigated and dealt with, and 644,000 people were given Party and administrative disciplinary punishment.
