By the end of 2021, the length of railways in service nationwide reached 150,000 km, including 40,000 km of high-speed railways. The railway has covered 81% of the counties nationwide, and 93% of cities with a population of more than 500,000 have access to high-speed railways.

In 2021, there was an average of over 69,000 ships entering and leaving ports, 26,800 aircraft taking off and landing, and nearly 300 million express delivery packages processed every day. During peak periods, there was an average of 10,000 passenger trains running and over 60 million vehicles running on expressways every day.
