On February 18, 2022, the State Council Information Office held a press conference about measures of promoting the steady growth of the industrial economy and supporting the service sectors in special difficulty. The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Finance, the State Taxation Administration and other relevant departments issued the Several Policies on Promoting the Steady Growth of the Industrial Economy (hereinafter referred to as the Industrial Policies) and Several Policies on Supporting the Recovery and Development of Service Sectors in Difficulty (hereinafter referred to as the Service Sectors Policies) with the approval of the State Council.
