The Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games are major landmark events held at an important juncture in Chinese history. To better promote the Winter Olympics overseas, and create a warm atmosphere for people from all walks of life overseas to support and participate in the Winter Olympics, the Fujian Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation cherishes the good wish of "Together for a Shared Future" and would like to join hands with overseas friends to celebrate and cheer for the Beijing Winter Olympics.

Paul Sweeney, a Member of the UK Parliament:

"At this stirring moment, I wish the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games a complete success, good luck to all participants, and friends in the Chinese community even greater success in the new year."

Eugenio Gianni, President of Tuscany, Italy:

"The Olympic Games have always been the most important sporting event in the world, bringing people from all over the world together. Its significance extends far beyond the realm of sports. Of course, we all wish for a Winter Olympics free of the COVID pandemic. In fact, we are well aware that there is still a long way to go to see the end of the pandemic. As a result, I think the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics will send a stronger and clearer message of hope and optimism about the prospects for recovery. Sports help people overcome their differences, close the distance, and build bonds and bridges instead of walls. In particular, after people around the world have been prevented from meeting by the pandemic for more than two years, this is especially relevant to us. The Beijing Winter Olympics will not only be a sporting extravaganza, but also a sign of the recovery of global economy, tourism, and cultural exchanges. I am convinced of this and wish to express my heartfelt congratulations."

Elvis Chishala Nkandu, Minister of Youth, Sports and Arts of Zambia:

"The Beijing Winter Olympics are a major event not only for the Chinese people but also for the international community. It has drawn great attention and broad support from the international community. On behalf of the Zambian government and people, I wish China thriving development and prosperity in the new year and wish Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics a complete success."
